Tour of Oirschot, Oisterwijk and Boxtel

In the heart of Brabant you will find a series of beautiful nature reserves and towns full of history. For example, via Liempde you cycle to the Mortelen. Here you cycle through a coulisse landscape of poplar groves, coniferous forests and grasslands and arable lands. The landscape is reminiscent of the Brabant farming nature before the land consolidation. Oirschot enjoys a protected village view. You will see many beautiful buildings, such as the centuries-old Town Hall and the sixteenth-century St. Peter's Basilica. A little later you cycle through the Oisterwijkse Bossen en Vennen, a beautiful nature reserve. Oisterwijk was granted city rights in the thirteenth century. This rich history can still be seen in the many monumental buildings, such as De Lind. A little later you cycle through the Kampina with its vast heathland.
