Cycling through the forests on the border of Belgium and the Netherlands

Fancy a day of eating miles? Then drive this route through the Belgian-Dutch border area. Shortly after boarding you drive through the woods on the former railway route between Winterslag and Eindhoven. In Valkenswaard you can enjoy the historic atmosphere at the Markt, before cycling to the Venbergse Molen and cycling the Malpie. From Plateaux-Hageven Nature Park you cross the border with Belgium. Then you drive a long way along the leafy quay of the Bocholt-Herentals Canal. Back in the Netherlands you cycle through Boswachterij De Kempen. Here you have the feeling that civilization is miles away, especially when you drive over the Cartier Heath. You cycle back to Waalre via Bergeijk.
