Tour of Den Ham, Regge and Giethmen

From Vechtdal Hooglanders you can take a beautiful bike ride. First you drive through several connected nature reserves south of Ommen. You can fully enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility here. Ideal for a day of relaxation. Between junctions 70 and 73 you cycle along the old church path that was previously used by the residents of Giethmen to walk back and forth to the church in Ommen twice on Sundays. The charming drawbridge over the Regge is an icon. In the Reggedal it is wonderful to cycle along meadows and the rippling water. You will also pass the former manor of Egede, of which only the eighteenth-century building remains. You cycle to the Beerzerzand via Den Ham. Back at the end point you can buy something tasty in the farm shop.
