Walking through Someren and along the Keelven

You can take a varied walk from Someren in Brabant. First you walk a bit through the agricultural countryside. Walking on a low-traffic road, you have a beautiful view of the grasslands and fields. Just past junction 93 you walk along a sleek golf course, a little later you walk into the woods of the Somerense Heide. You make a tour around the Keelven, a man-made lake. You can fully enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility here. You can walk back to Someren along the meadows at your leisure. Here you pass the Vicor, a corn mill from 1868. Further on is the Sint-Lambertus church from 1926. This building replaced a barn church from 1672. The route ends with a delicious Italian meal in Valentino Someren.
