Description
This route takes you through Salland along the Overijssels canal, through the forests near Heeten and through the villages of Raalte, Wesepe and Broekland. Along the way you cycle through many avenues that characterize Salland with meadows with grazing cows on either side.
In Wesepe you cycle along a path, where a railway line used to run from Deventer to Ommen.
Along the way you will come across opportunities to have a drink or something to eat at various places. There is also an option to charge your e-bike at the Reimink restaurant in Heeten. There are several benches, especially along the Overijssels canal.
