Mariënwaerdt is an estate located on the Linge in the Lower Betuwe. The walk starts at the large parking lot at restaurant De Stapelbakker Oude Waag 21 in Beesd. It is not a far walk from Beesd station to the starting point. The walk is beautiful in every season, although a hot summer day is not recommended. In the spring you can enjoy the blossom on the'appeldijkje\\\' and in the fall of the trees in autumn. You walk through tree-lined lanes, over the dike between the blossom trees with the Linge in the distance and along small-scale meadows and fields on narrow sandy paths.
