Watery route through and around Eindhoven

This cycling route along the water starts at an appropriate place: De Sonse Haven, with a terrace on the water of the Wilhelmina Canal. You follow the water to Best and through Batadorp, known for the junction on the A2. It is wonderful to cycle along the leafy banks, perfect for a warm summer day! A beautiful route past parks and through greenery takes you through Eindhoven. In and around the city you will pass various places where you can stop for a bite to eat or something to drink. You drive over't Hofke through the Tongelre district, past the imposing neo-Gothic St. Martin's Church from 1890. The street encloses the former center of Tongelre. You cycle through the countryside to Gerwen, where you can admire the fifteenth-century St. Clemens Church.
