Kasteel de Hoogenweerth: The Hoogenweerth house is a country house located on the banks of the Maas on a peninsula south of the Heugen district in Maastricht, IN the deed of 1444 a certain building was already described as"De Hauwert\\\ ". Around 1489, the estate belonged to mayor Arnold Swalen.

. Pietersheim Castle: Pietersheim Castle and Burcht were the seat of the Pietersheim lordship. Remains of the 12th century moated castle of Pietersheim testify to a long history. Just outside the brucht site, on the location of the former water castle courtyard,"Kasteel Pietersheim\\\" is located, which dates from the beginning of the 20th century in its current neoclassical form.

. Geulle Castle: Geulle Castle is located in the center of the village of the same name, Geulle, which is part of the Dutch-Limburg municipality of Meerssen. The current castle is a remnant of the 17th century Renaissance castle that was demolished in 1847.

. Jerusalem: Chateau Jerusalem, located in the Limmel district on the outskirts of Maastricht, was built in or shortly after 1515. Little more is known about the predecessor of the current castle than that it was part of the seigniory of the deanery of Meerssen and was destroyed by a fire in 1515. The client for the construction of the new house was Peter van den Dries named Proenen. It was a descendant of the patrician family Proenen or Pruyn, which held administrative positions in Maastricht, Liège and Antwerp for generations. His son and heir Andries was canon and provost of the Chapter of Our Lady in Maastricht. He made a journey to the Holy Land and after returning in 1557 gave his castle the name Jerusalem. Chateau Jerusalem changed hands several times during five centuries, until it became vacant at the end of the twentieth century and became the property of the Municipality of Maastricht.

. Gronsveld: The Torenmolen van de Gronsveld, located on the Rijksweg (former provincial road 592) in the Maastricht district of Vroendaal, is one of the four remaining tower mills in the Netherlands. The mill, which previously belonged to the village of Gronsveld, belongs to the"Top 100 of the National Monuments Care\\\" from 1990.
