Description
This route is offered to you by Museum Farm Het Gagelgat and De Paardenkamp. There is also a TOP here. Free parking on the other side of the Gagelgat on the meadow. Information www.gagelgat.nl. Before you start the route you can drink a cup of coffee with homemade cake.
The route shows you the surroundings of Soest and the Heuvelrug.
At junction 70 you will pass through the historic Kerkebuurt. The information about this is on the panel. At kpnt 68 you will see the rebuilt windmill De Windhond and cycle over the Soester Eng.
At junction 26 you cycle through the woods of Pijnenburg with the stately Beuken.
Near junction 55 you can go to the National Military Museum.
Thence through the woods of Austerlitz. At knpt 95, the completely restored Den Treek estate is located in a beautiful area with meadows and stately beech forests. In the vicinity of junction 60 you cycle through the woods of Soest with the shifting dunes. at the sign Maarschalkersteeg turn right and at the end you are at the parking lot.
