Walking through the woods around Nunspeet

This route takes you through the lush forests south of Nunspeet. Here you can enjoy a lovely walk through a landscape full of fir trees, oaks and heathlands. Most of the route runs through the Zandenbos, where you can enjoy fragrant heather and all kinds of birds that flock to the currant bushes that can be found here. As you walk along the winding forest paths, you experience a refreshing silence. A good route to relax and unwind. Shortly after the start of your walk you will pass the Veluwe transferium. Here you will find, among other things, a 30-meter high lookout tower, from the top you have a beautiful panorama. Villa Vennendal estate hotel is the end point of this route.
