The completely car-free PassaPais cycle route is built on an old railway line and takes you through the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park. You cycle in peace and quiet along a secured cycle path for almost 80 km, overlooking a patchwork of varied natural landscapes. Enjoy this backdrop consisting of medium-high mountains, forests, demarcated fields, heathland and grasses.

The cycle route is fully signposted in both directions and runs over an old railway line from Mazamet to Bedarieux.

There is also a signposted connection from Bedarieux to Beziers via the V84 cycle path.

SNCF train stations

Mazamet station:

• Regional TER to/from Castres (approx. 15 min.)
• Regional TER from/to Toulouse (approx. 1h30)

Bedarieux station:

• Regional TER to Beziers (approx. 35 min.)
• From/to Montpellier: change in Bedarieux (approx. 1h30)
