Tour of Hellendoornse Berg, Lemelerberg and Egede manor house

Your route starts at Brasserie Dertien. Salland is synonymous with vast natural areas, delicious regional dishes and hospitable villages. It is slightly undulating here, which makes the beautiful coulisse landscape extra lovely. Sometimes you have to climb a bit, such as in the forests near the Hellendoornse Berg and those in the Archemer- and Lemelerberg nature reserves. First you cross to the heathland near Haarle, where you cycle past a beautiful sheepfold. You also cycle along the Regge, where you can get off at the former manor house Egede. The eighteenth-century farmhouse has been beautifully preserved. Also take a look at the Kokhuusie at Boerderij De Brummel. Kokhuusies are typical for this region. This is where the larger cooking work was done, but the washing was also done here on the large pot-bellied stove.
