LF-Fietsclub: Tienen part 2. From Houthalen-Helchteren to Tienen

2nd Stage: Departure point from Houthalen (coal mine) via Halen to the sister municipality of Valkenswaard. Tienen with its Church with a Mariagrot behind it, opposite is the VVV with its courtyard with Museum and baking oven and next to it is the Sugar Museum. During the beet season, a trip to the sugar factory is recommended to see for yourself how the sugar cubes are made. See the entire route under 262860. And part 1 for departure from Hasselt if you want to travel there and back by train, which is also possible from Tienen. It is easier to make it a three-day trip and take the bicycle coach from Willy de Kruiff to Tienen to get to know this city + Hoegaarden (Gardens and Beer Museum). Leave here on the second day to take route 2 back via Zoutleeuw and Diest and on day 3 then leave from Hasselt to cycle back via route 1 (340331) via Bokrijk to Valkenswaard.
