E-bike route Twente and Lower Saxony

The beautiful cycling landscape of Twente does not stop at the border: you can also relax and cycle through a beautiful bocage landscape in the German state of Lower Saxony. This route lets you enjoy both regions. Your route starts at Group Accommodation De Schure & Group Accommodation Het Landhoes. Just before you cross the border with Germany, you pass the Mander Circles. In Uelsen you will see beautiful Saxon half-timbered houses and historic churches. Neuenhaus is one of the oldest towns in the region. In this beauty located on the Dinkel you can still see many characteristic old buildings, especially the town hall is a picture. In Twente you pass through Ootmarsum, a cozy village that has managed to retain its historic character. You cycle back through the beautiful Springendal.
