Description
A route with beautiful views over the Veluwemeer. Shortly after the start you cycle (near Junction 01) past the foundations of the old St. Ludgerus Church. The church was demolished after heavy damage by a storm in February 1825 and a fire in October 1825.
The tour continues past meadows with sheep, cows and horses. There are many agricultural companies in the beautiful rural areas of the municipalities of Elburg and Nunspeet. After Junction 01 you can also follow Junction 81, if the Zeepad is indeed open. During the breeding season, the many birds that live here are left alone as much as possible, which is why this section is sometimes closed off. In Hierden you will see many beautiful farms with neatly landscaped gardens and impressive villas. Finally you cycle via the France district back to the center of Harderwijk.
