Description
From the center of Harderwijk, the route enters the forest after about two kilometers. On cycle paths you wind through the Leuvenum forest along the Elspeetse Heide. Sometimes a little uphill and then relaxed again to enjoy the walk down. You may see deer or boar along the way and you will undoubtedly hear birds chirping. How beautiful the Veluwe is!
Just before junction 29 you will pass the Zandenplas recreation area. Near't Harde you pass the rest point Ampie\\\'s mountain. Inspired by the Austrian landscape, the owner created a garden with more than 1000 different flowers and plants. Beyond't Harde, the route takes you past the A.Vogel gardens, which you can visit free of charge, and where the herbs are grown for the natural A.Vogel products. Eventually you will arrive in the picturesque fortified town of Elburg.
