Cycling route Steenderen, Bronkhorst and Baak

From the village of Hengelo you can take a nice bike ride through the beautiful surroundings of the Achterhoek. You drive on car-free roads through a landscape of grasslands, fields, streams and small-scale forests. Ideal for a day of relaxation. You pass through the village of Toldijk, after which you enter Steenderen a little later. Here you will see, among other things, the thirteenth-century St. Remigius Church. At Big Bread"de Seven Steenen\\\" you can enjoy a delicious meal and a drink at your leisure. Further on you drive through Bronkhorst, which likes to present itself as the smallest city in the Netherlands. Bronkhorst is home to many old buildings, so take a break to soak up the historic atmosphere. Just past Baak you can take a look at a country house from 1739, and in Hengelo you will pass the Remigius Church: a Gothic pseudo-basilica.
