Description
Partly a Church path that starts in Liempde near Boxtel. Beautiful route through typical Brabant landscape. With 1x crossing Dommel with a ferry.
The ferry has recently been improved and is easy to use.
Please note: this route follows as many unpaved paths as possible and therefore sometimes deviates from the junctions. So look carefully at the map . This way you walk as little as possible on the paved roads with traffic and cyclists. It is much more beautiful and adventurous this way.
At junction 5 you can also turn right towards 6. You will then arrive at a beautiful half-timbered barn and the Duiventoren on the Dommel, with an information centre.
Or as an alternative route you can at the last T-junction towards 68, not left to 68 but to Rechts. Then you walk a bit further and take the first road on the left. In the spring there are storks on the nest there, then you continue the path towards 5. This way you also pass the Duiventoren and information centre.
