The route takes you through hamlets such as Varsen and Besthmen. You drive through the Archemer and Lemelerberg, a rolling nature reserve where a flock of sheep has been grazing the heath for several decades. From the higher points you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. In the Vechtdal you will find a landscape of unspoilt forests, meadows and hedgerows. It seems as if time has stood still here. The Rechtense Veld, with its forests and heathlands, is also a wonderful nature reserve to drive through. In the charming towns of Ommen, Lemelerveld and Raalte you can make a stop at the local branch of Bakery and Lunchroom Van der Most. Enjoy a sandwich or a delicious fresh regional product such as a Dalfser Mop. The route starts and ends at the Van der Most branch in Dalfsen.
