Description
This 66-kilometre cycle route from Helsingøre via Gilleleje to Hundested leads you along the beautiful coast of North Zealand. You cycle largely along the coast through small cozy coastal towns. During your bike ride you will enjoy views and unique nature with dunes, cliffs and the coast. Occasionally you cycle through green areas such as Tisvilde Hegn (heather nature reserve). It is possible to cycle this route (no. 47) in one day, but it is advisable to divide the route into 2-3 stages and spend the night in one of the charming coastal towns along the way. There are plenty of B&Bs, AirBnBs, hostels, hotels and campgrounds with cabins along the route.
