Description
From picturesque Zeist you can drive straight through the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. You also descend to the Kromme Rijnstreek and the Gelderse Vallei.

Cycling along the Slotlaan you will see some beautiful buildings and on your right hand side the monumental Walkartpark from 1905. If you continue cycling at junction 81, you can take a look at the seventeenth-century Slot Zeist. You cycle through the wide landscape of the Kromme Rijnstreek. Here you will find Castle Sterkenburg.
Gelderland Valley
After a small climb you drive into the heart of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. It is wonderful to make kilometers here through the old and dense forests. What peace you experience here! Occasionally you pass one of the many country estates that have been built in this beautiful rolling landscape. In between you can take a trip into the Gelderse Vallei, where you cycle through Maarsbergen and Woudenberg.
