Description
Make a beautiful cycling route through the dunes! This route takes you past the dunes and the beach of Kijkduin, one of the largest nature reserves in The Hague - the Westduinpark - and the boulevard of Scheveningen.
The dunes route has a number of'points of interest\\\' that are briefly described. Read the full route description here so that you are easily guided from point to point without getting lost.
1. Carlton Ambassador Hotel.
2. Pex, PEX brings a cozy and casual atmosphere together with the forest.
3. Celestial Vault, a nice place to look at the sky.
4. The Wine House, a nice hotspot for a glass of wine or an extensive lunch.
5. Jutterskeet, visit the Jutterskeet in Kijkduin and see what finds have been made.
6. Westduinpark, this is one of the largest nature reserves in The Hague.
7. Zuiderstrandtheater, this is the only stage located directly on the Dutch coast.
8. Hart beach Quiksilver Surf School, park your bike and grab a surfboard. This is the best surf spot in the Netherlands.
9. Lighthouse Scheveningen, from the lighthouse you naturally have the best view over the sea
10. Boulevard of Scheveningen, the beautiful boulevard of Scheveningen is not only for strolling but also for coastal protection.
11. Keizerstraat, the oldest and most historic shopping street in Scheveningen.
12. And then you can end up at Carlton Ambassador Hotel again, for an extensive dinner!
