Description
Every year on Good Friday, the Texel Tour is cycled with recumbent bicycles. From the boat in'Den Hoorn\\\' a route is cycled to the lighthouse. There is a break.
The return route traditionally runs via the cycle path in the dunes and the forest area to'De Hoorn\\\'.
This tour also takes you from the boat via Oudenschild, Oosterend and De Cocksdorp to the lighthouse.
In total, this route is approximately 54 km long.
On the mainland the route continues to Medemblik where the tour normally always starts. This part is now not included in the route.
