And 28 km long bla MTB route. Ruten er en kombination singletrack og korsel pa skovveje, og gar rundt i det meste af Tisvilde Hegn med varying terraen. Sporet kan deles op i tre sectioner som kan kores individuelt: Nordslojfen, 12 km langt og har 260 hojdemeter. Sydslojfen, 12 km long og har 220 hojdemeter. Og Tekniksporet med retning mod Liseleje, pa 7 km og med 80 hojdemeter. Man can start pa parking plads pa Nyvej, Baekkebrovej parking, eller pa Tisvildeleje beach parking plads.
