South/east tour

It took a while before we got out of Leeuwarden via the new roads on the south side of the city. In between, I found a path off the highway through the woods to eventually arrive at a small mill behind the industrial estate. Then take a pleasant cycle path towards Hempens/Teerns and the Waldwei. Crossed the road via aqueduct and ended up in a different landscape. Peace, meadows, birds, etc. on the way to Warten. Crossed under the highway and crossed the bicycle bridge. Had a nice cup of coffee and tea and an ice cream. Cycled back towards Leeuwarden De Hemrik via long farm roads.
