Description
Further on you drive along the edge of the low peat swamp De Moerputten, one of the nature reserves just outside the city of Den Bosch. You can fully enjoy the rural area before cycling into the Loonse and Drunense Duinen. This national park is known for the beautiful forests surrounding a huge sand drift. You can enjoy the fresh air of coniferous trees and views of the sandy plain. You drive back via the authentic hamlet of Giersbergen. You can go shopping in Waalwijk! Then you cycle further to Drunen. In this village you can still experience the characteristic Brabant friendliness. On the edge of the town you will see the Duchess of Brabant, a flour mill from 1838.
