Tour of Harderwijk, Wolderwijd and Harderbroek

In the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk you will find many monumental buildings. They provide a unique historical atmosphere. Also pay attention to the Old Town Hall, it is a picture! Take a look at the renovated boulevard, which you cycle over. You will find city beaches with cozy beach pavilions and the Weide Wellen promenade. You cycle along the water of the Wolderwijd, one of the Veluwe lakes. On the other side of the water you will discover the Harderbroek. In this nature reserve, vast reed fields, rough marshes, grasslands and early primeval forest alternate. In the spring, the many flowering plants create a carpet of blossoms over the area. A sea eagle regularly comes to forage, maybe you will spot it! A little further on, a ferry will take you across again.
