Tour of Schoorl, Bergen, Alkmaar and Broeker Veiling

Your route starts at EuroParcs Molengroet. You will soon pass the Broeker Veiling. The monumental wooden auction building from 1912 now serves as a museum, so a nice stop! Alkmaar is known as a real Dutch cheese city, but has more to offer. For example, the historic city center, where there are no fewer than 399 national monuments. Step off and stroll through the beautiful old streets. You drive along the Schoorl dunes, on the edge are cozy villages such as Bergen and Schoorl. In the artists' village of Bergen you can see stately old buildings. The Van Reenenpark is a deer park from 1912, built on the site of the racetrack of the former estate of Heerlijkheid Bergen. In the nice Schoorl you can drink a cup of coffee at one of the terraces at the bottom of the Klimduin.
