Tour of Beekbergen and Englanderholt Estate

This route starts at B&B De Koffietuin. From here you walk to the Ruitersmolen, along the Beekbergse Beek. There was a mill here as early as 1606. This mill, together with another mill, which also milled paper, carried "De Ruitersmolens" on the other side of the stream. One mill burned down, and this mill came to a standstill. Today the mill has been restored and is regularly open. On the first floor there is a demonstration of how paper making works. You can still see many farms in the beautiful old Beekbergen. It's nice to sample the atmosphere here. The small-scale apartment building Landhuis Aardenholt is being built on the Englanderholt Estate, in the middle of the Veluwe forests. But you can still enjoy beautiful walks through nature!
