Cycling route:

The route starts at the ship's berth in Enkhuizen. This herring city has a picturesque center that is intersected by canals and enclosed by a rampart. You cycle along the IJsselmeer in the direction of Medemblik. It is wonderful cycling along the water. Enjoy the passing boats and there are also many quiet spots for a picnic. At Wevershoof you will pass Molen de Hoop. There was already a mill here in 1630, but it was replaced by another one in 1889. In 2010, this windmill was voted the most beautiful windmill in North Holland. The end point of the route is at the ship's berth in Medemblik, the oldest town in West Friesland. This can be seen in the beautiful facades and Radboud Castle.
