Discover Dijk and Waard - Tour de Kids

Discover Dijk and Waard on a (children's) bike! This route starts and ends in the Park van Luna in Heerhugowaard, and goes via a nice rural route to the recreation area of Geestmerambacht.

The highlight of this route is the adventurous playground at the Geestmerambacht. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall; it is good to play here every season.

Adventurous outdoor play
Climbing and scrambling for big and small children. There are plenty of options in the recreation area of Geestmerambacht. A fun, challenging and adventurous playground has been created on the north side of the recreation area where young and old can practice their agility.

Park of Luna
You can also enjoy playing in Luna Park. For example, there is a nice playground with a water pump where children can play endlessly. Luna Park has everything you would expect from a green recreational area on the outskirts of the city. A varied environment of forest, meadows, water and even a beach and water ski track. In addition, art has been used surprisingly throughout the area. You can enjoy it on and in the water, but there is also plenty to do for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers.
