Tour Het Hulsbeek near Oldenzaal

You will find numerous country estates around Oldenzaal. Your route starts at Restaurant Klein Afrika on the Hulsbeek, a former country estate. It has now been transformed into recreation area Het Hulsbeek. You can see beautiful swimming lakes on the estate. Bring a towel so you can take a dip along the way! You walk right along the water, but the nature reserve is more varied than that. You will also find fens, meadows and even heathland. Het Hulsbeek is the largest landscape park in the region and measures no less than 230 hectares. Along the way you will come across signs that tell you more about the special nature, such as the beautiful old trees that grow here. Also special to see: the antics of skaters, on the largest outdoor skateboarding track in Europe.
