Tour of the Oisterwijk fens from Hilvarenbeek

The area surrounding the Vrijthof is a protected village view. Here you'll see several stately mansions and the late-Gothic St. Peter's Church from the fifteenth century. This route takes you through two of the most beautiful nature reserves in Brabant, starting with the Oisterwijk Forests and Fens. You'll pass several of the fens for which the nature reserve is known. They are all equally enchanting. Rare plants often grow on the beautiful banks. In the adjacent Kampina, you'll cycle through forests and the vast heathland. What a tranquil experience you'll find here. Along the way, stop at Kerkzicht in Diessen and the IJsboerinneke just south of the Oisterwijk Forests and Fens!
