Description
We are going to walk from café de Teersdijk . In consultation, the car or bicycle may be parked there, but please report inside.
To cross over to the Berendonck , we have to go back a little bit towards Wijchen along the Nieuweweg . Then cross over and towards the artwork. Nearby there is a crossing over the Graafseweg . The circuit can be walked in two directions, but because of the sunrise it is probably nice to walk counterclockwise, so first the west side via the Weg van de Berendonck . (Possibly follow that or even closer to the water as indicated.)
We walk largely along the lake to the Groenewoudseweg , then via the Weg ter Horst along the south side of the Berendonck .

After that, there are two options depending on the weather.
- Part of the planned route runs parallel to the A73 . At a certain point the tunnel to the Staddijk (Nijmegen) can be seen on the right. We can cross there and continue straight on over the (real) Oude Teersdijk, following the indicated route.
- Another option is to walk along the paved road past the sauna (the Thermen ). There we turn left towards the water of the Berendonck and along the water back towards the Weg door de Berendonck .
