Breda Tour, Dorst Forest and Strijbeekse Heide

Your route starts in Ulvenhout. Here you also cycle a bit through the Markdal, an open meadow area where you regularly cycle right along the river Mark. You also pass Kasteel Bouvigne, a centuries-old hunting lodge. Then you cycle into Breda where you can view the Grote Kerk, the Castle of Breda and the Begijnhof. You also cycle past Het Huis van Brecht, which dates from the fourteenth century. A beautiful spot on the historic Cingelstraat. You discover Boswachterij Dorst, a nature reserve that mainly consists of Scots pines that were planted on the heath at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Further on, stop at Restaurant Stad Parijs! On the Strijbeekse Heide you cycle right along the Langven, a beautiful spot to stop.
