VESTSJAELLAND From Korsor to Bisserup through Skaelskor and Boeslunde at the very Western part of the island of Zealand, this part of the Baltic Sea Cycle Route winds for 42 kilometers through many picturesque villages, along the coast on a route lined by ancient churches and castles. Traveling along, you become part of the stunning countryside, see beautiful farmhouses and notice a very active farming industry before you reach the atmospheric harbor of Skaelskor. As you move on to Korsor and the stunning architectural beauty of the Great Belt Bridge, you\\\'ll see that Korsor is all about the quaint little fishing huts in an array of colours. Steeped in maritime history, it still bears the mark of greatness as a former fortress, where even today the canons still point protectively towards the Great Belt. Must see places of interest include the fairytale, sixteenth-centry castle Borreby Manor, where you feel the wings of time gently caress you as you pass by, and Guldagergaard which is Northern Europe\\\'s largest ceramic studio.
A holiday in Denmark means enjoying the local opportunities. Leave the car and explore the area by bicycle. You can of course take bicycles with you from home or rent them on the spot. Often nice trips have been mapped out and you only have to follow the directions, but you can also go on an adventure yourself and see where you end up.
