Tour of Leudal and Heldense Bossen

Your route starts at Boscafé de Busjop. You first make a beautiful winding through the Leudal nature reserve, which is intersected by the meandering Tungelroyse Beek. Locally this is called the Leubeek. In the Leudal you will find an alternation of wet and dry forests. And silence! You cycle through beautiful stream valleys, along forest fens and inland dunes. In the spring, beautiful carpets of flowers color the forest floor. The beautiful green Gruise Epper nature reserve is wonderful to drive through. In the Heldense Bossen it is wonderfully quiet cycling between the fragrant conifers. In Neer you can admire the neo-Gothic Sint-Martinuskerk from 1910 on Kerkplein. Along the floodplains of the Maas you ride on a beautiful separate cycle path to Buggenum, right through nature.
