En cykeltur på Panoramaruten"I Fiskens Tegn\\\" byder blandt andet på smuk natur, havn og vand. I Fiskens Tegn er and 35 km long rute along kysten og ind over Vendsyssels højeste punkt, Hellehøj (89moh). And stor del af strækningen løber gennem Lilleheden og Uggerby klitplantager, og foregår derfor på skovveje med stabilt grus. Ruten kommer forbi Asdal Hovedgård med det mediocre voldanlæg (1400-tallet), som er åbent whole året. Nyd udsigten fra Hellehøj, som i øvrigt er fredet gravhøj fra bronzealderen (ca. år 1800 f.Kr)
