Photo treasure hunt Roermond – Swalmen, In search of Klein Madurodam

Arriva has developed some very fun photo treasure hunts in Limburg where you can go out with your (grand)children. The treasure hunts start with the train and you continue your way with a treasure hunt of approximately 4 kilometers. You can find the treasure hunt at www.arriva.nl/spoortocht . You can order a ticket and download the scavenger hunt here. A special answer sheet helps to fill in all answers neatly. The ticket costs €7.50 and can travel for 1 adult and a maximum of 3 children up to 11 years old.

During this tour you can complete the route by following assignments and photos. It is a beautiful varied tour through forests, fields and along the beautiful Swalmbeek where you look for the secret of Klein Madurodam. You will not encounter any catering establishments along the route, so it is smart to bring something to eat and drink. You can easily start from Roermond station, but if you are by car it is best to start in Reuver. And the best part: if you answer all the questions correctly, you can choose what you will have for dinner that evening!
