Solruten\\\" - cykelrute 19 er en markeret cykelrute along kysten øen rundt. Turen er på approx. 170 km. og er kentegnet med et blåt skilt med en cykel og solen i øverste hjørne. Mors er med sine 367 km2 den største ø i Limfjorden, og naturen på øen giver enestående naturoplevelser og betager selv den kræsne natur-kender Øen har bløde morænebakker, flade åbne vidder, rester af den vilde hedebevoksning, granplantager og bøgeskov, imposing stejle skrænter med en formidabel udsigt og betagende blå vige og betagende bugter.
