Tour of Dobbeplas and Wandelbos Laakweg

Put on your walking shoes for a beautiful trip. After a cup of coffee at Grand Café 1837 you get started. This route introduces you to the varied nature near Nootdorp, between Zoetermeer and Delft. This way you can discover the water features, forests and grasslands around the Dobbeplas, a beautiful recreational area. As you walk along the paved path, you look out over the rippling water. The route forms a figure-eight, so you can stop halfway at your starting point for a snack or drink. After a stopover you will pass through Wandelbos Laakweg, a newly planted forest that belongs to the Bieslandse Bos. You can still see young trees here, and there are also swamps and water features. A wonderfully quiet piece of nature, ideal for taking a break.
