Our monumental farm't Molentje is located in a beautiful and royal spot just outside Garderen. Why royal you may think? This farm, built in 1864, was located on the old highway from Apeldoorn to Amersfoort and was used as an inn. Many passers-by preferred not to travel through the woods in the dark and spent the night here. So is King William III. With his entourage he made a royal stopover at't Molentje. Brewery De Uddelaer started in 2015 as a hobby brewery. From the spring of 2018, the beer will be brewed in the coach house of Kasteel Staverden with a completely new brewing installation. The coach house is furnished as a"brewpub\\\" and has a unique ambiance. Hospitality and quality go hand in hand here. You witness brewing activities here, at the same time you enjoy the results. In addition to six regular Uddelaer specialty beers, there are regularly"one-time brewed\\\" beers on the menu. Brewed according to our own recipe.
