Description
There is an impressive cruciform church in Noordbroek. The murals are especially worth seeing. But the organ is also of great value, it was made by Arp Schnitger and is considered one of the best organs in the world.
The church of Zuidbroek is just as big and beautiful as the one in Noordbroek. In Muntendam there is a beautiful church of the Baptist community. In Kiel-Windeweer, the Amshoff is used as a restaurant.
The Koepelkerk is located in Sappemeer. The Juffertoren of Schildwolde is one of the last two damsel towers, with a brick spire. The Willibrordus Church is located in Hellum.
