Discover your favorite gems during this unique multi-day cultural-historical cycling route through the province of Overijssel and Drenthe. Enjoy the water, the wooded area and vast heathlands, the vast (farmer) landscape with its characteristic hamlets, the unique nature reserves and the cities. The nature reserve 'Het Reestdal', with its border river the Reest, can only be experienced on foot from the TOP location at the De Wheem Visitor Center of Landschap Overijssel in Oud Avereest (municipality of Hardenberg). Choose your boarding point (in Beilen this is also possible from the train station) and B&B address (vriendenopdefiets.nl with membership). Where and how often, this depends on the number of kilometers driven per day. Nice places to take a break along the way (including benches/catering areas, viewing points).
