Tour of Ootmarsum, Springendal and Mander

Your route starts just outside Vasse. From here you drive through the beautifully authentic Dal van de Mosbeek, an idyllic nature reserve where you can walk along high-lying essen.. Take a coffee break at Restaurant Hotel Wyllandrie! Then you cycle through the Springendal, a picturesque nature reserve that is also called the'Garden of the Netherlands\\\'. Just north of Mander you can visit the largest landscape art project in the Netherlands: the Mandercircles. These two special fields were laid out in the 1930s by textile manufacturer Jannink and are therefore also referred to as the Circles of Jannink. According to Jannink, farmers were better able to work a round plot because they did not have to turn their machine around. Pilots call it 'Jannink's Bra'!
