Tour of Kampina and Baest Estate

Your route starts at Pannenkoekenhuis DeDiscovering. From here you immediately make a beautiful crossing and cycle over the vast heathland of the Kampina. Via the hamlet of Lennisheuvel you drive to the cozy Oirschot, through which you cycle. In the middle of the forest you will find the Chapel of the Holy Oak, a particularly atmospheric place. In 1406 two shepherds are said to have found a statue of Mary in the stream De Beerze and placed it in an oak. Then you pass the private Landgoed De Baest. A beautiful decor, in which you mainly see birches and pedunculate oaks. Via another beautiful authentic town, Spoordonk, you drive to the Oisterwijkse Bossen and Vennen. Take a break to take a look at one of the fens!
