Biests clover 2 - Nice LaTrappen to the harbor

The route starts wonderfully in the green, right across the Kerkeindse heath in Moergestel. There you can already see the spiers of Koningshoeve Abbey, home of the world-famous La Trappe trapist beer. This is followed by an unexpectedly child-friendly route that  through the center of Tilburg past Korte Heuvel and Piushaven. After the hustle and bustle back to Biest-Houtakker along the tranquility of the Wilhelmina Canal.

Places of interest on your route:

• Kerkeinde heath
• Koningshoeven Abbey / Brewery La Trappe
• Center of Tilburg (Korte Heuvel)
• Piushaven Tilburg

This route is suitable for cycling with children and generally has few traffic situations where one has to be alert. The roads are quiet or have a separate bike path.
Points that need attention are:

• The route through Tilburg, in particular Tivolistraat and the Piushaven (there is no speed, but it is of course a bit busier)
