Route Lisse, Noordwijk aan Zee and Keukenhof

From Meerfietsen VOF in Nieuw-Vennep you can take a beautiful bike ride along the beach. First you cycle through the Venneperhout, a relatively new nature reserve. It has developed a lot in recent years, beautiful to see. Further on you cycle through Lisse, the heart of the Bulb Region. In this beautiful village you can see the Sint-Agathakerk from 1903, with a beautiful adjacent parsonage. Cycling through the bulb fields you can enjoy the splendor of colors. Via Landgoed Nieuw Leeuwenhorst you cycle into Noordwijk aan Zee. Here you cycle along the boulevard, with a view of the sea. The route then leads you through the dunes. You pass the Houwaarderduin, a drifting area where the sand and the wind have free rein. Via Kasteel Keukenhof and Hillegom you cycle back to your starting point.
