Tour of Marken, Monnickendam and Waterland

Get some fresh air, while looking out over the Markermeer. Your furthest destination of today, Marken, is also a place with its own story. From monastery island to fishing village, here you can taste the history. Monnickendam is a beautiful old town on your route. In the old town you will literally stumble over the monumental buildings with characteristic facades. In Broek in Waterland, one centuries-old wooden house is even more beautiful than the other and they are all equally beautiful on the water. You cycle back via the small Zedde.
