On the occasion of the Dutch Mountain Film Festival and entirely in the tradition of the Jubiläumswege in the Alps, the Dutch Mountain Trail has been set out. Although it is not the longest, but it has become the toughest walk in the Netherlands, it may even compete with a serious tour in the real <a href=\\\"https://www.visitzuidlimburg.nl/ontdek/heuvels -dales/rivers-brooks-and-sources/?utm_source=routeyourivers-routepage&utm_campaign=Theme-Rivers&utm_medium=link&utm_content=\\\" rel=\\\"nofollow\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" >mountains. It is a rugged 101 km hike that covers the Seven Summits (<a href=\\\"http://ttps//www.visitzuidlimburg.nl/ontdek/heuvels-dalen/rivieren-beken-en-brons/? utm_source=routeyourivers-routepage&utm_campaign=Theme-Rivers&utm_medium=link&utm_content=\\\" rel=\\\"nofollow\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\">tops). It runs from Eygelshoven station (Kerkrade) to Maastricht station on a route where the real <a href=\\\" ?utm_source=routeyourivieren-routepagina&utm_campaign=Theme-Rivieren&utm_medium=link&utm_content=\\\" rel=\\\"nofollow\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\">mountain feeling is never far away. Fast-flowing streams, (alpine) meadows, <a href=\\\"https://www.visitzuidlimburg.nl/te-doen-in-zuid-limburg/mergel-grotten/?utm_source=routeyoukrijt-mergel-kalk- route page&utm_campaign=Theme-Chalk&utm_medium=link&utm_content=\\\" rel=\\\"nofollow\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\">rock walls and of course spectacular vistas: they will challenge and thrill during this trail. Please note, this route is not signposted. A special booklet is available for this through the tourist information offices in South Limburg.
